Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and maintain only one account per person unless explicitly permitted.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid access is billed through Stripe or Razorpay depending on your region and selected currency. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing under the selected monthly or annual plan until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Prices may change in the future, but any change will apply prospectively. Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing provider.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing provider. Access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

ArchCrux content, including articles, insights, illustrations, and site copy, is copyrighted. A subscription grants you access for personal use; it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution, resale, or republication.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, scrape paid content at scale, or use ArchCrux in ways that violate law or the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

ArchCrux is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ArchCrux after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
