Payment details are processed by Stripe or Razorpay and are not stored directly by ArchCrux beyond the billing metadata needed to manage your plan.

We may also collect reading analytics, such as bookmarks, reading progress, and product interactions, to improve the experience and understand how members use the library. These analytics may be anonymous or pseudonymous depending on the feature.

Cookies and Sessions

ArchCrux uses cookies and similar storage for account sessions, login state through Clerk, product preferences, and lightweight analytics. These cookies help keep you signed in, remember settings, store currency preference, and support normal site functionality.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service, including Clerk for authentication, Stripe and Razorpay for billing, and analytics or email providers that help us understand product usage and send updates. Those providers process data under their own terms and security practices.

Retention and Security

We retain account and subscription records for as long as needed to operate ArchCrux, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is generally kept while the account remains active and deleted on request, subject to legal or billing retention requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You can request account deletion, ask for an export of data we hold about you, or contact us about billing and privacy concerns. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have additional rights to access, correct, or limit certain uses of your data.
